HEP came to my house in Lenoir City to repair (put back in place) some vinyl soffit pieces on the roof over hang. I had several of these around the house and most were high off the ground. Stephen Lemoine was EXCELLENT. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous, completed the repair in less time than I expected, and gave me additional needed information without trying to over sell. The pricing was fair. I would recommend HEP and Stephen in particular. By the way, it was maybe the hottest day of the year but Stephen didn't let that hinder the work.🙂

The service was very fast. We had a technician out to check our furnace and he kindly informed us they no longer make the parts that we would need, which is understandable as the unit was manufactured in 1997. They were able to get a team out the very next day to install a new HVAC unit and furnace, these gentlemen worked extremely hard from daylight to dark finally finishing up around 9 PM. They had everything up and running and we’re so quiet and thorough. I barely knew they were there! We did have an issue with the unit cooling after start up. I called the following morning and had a technician out within a few hours that fixed the issue. Overall, the entire process was extremely easy, fast, and thorough. We have a roofing project to begin next week with this company as well and only expect great things going forward!

The Essence of “Roofing Done Right” in Thorn Hill

Thorn Hill’s varied weather patterns—ranging from blazing summer afternoons to freezing winter nights—demand a roofing system designed and installed with uncompromising precision. HEP Company’s dedication to “roofing done right” revolves around safeguarding homes and businesses in the region, enhancing energy performance, and ensuring decades of leak-free peace of mind. By intertwining advanced installation techniques with premium materials, HEP establishes a gold standard for Thorn Hill roofs, transforming the region’s skyline one shingle, tile, or metal panel at a time.

Why Thorn Hill’s Climate Demands Specialized Roofing Solutions

Thorn Hill’s micro-climate features abrupt temperature swings, sporadic hail, torrential rains, and occasional ice storms. Each condition exerts particular stress on every component of a roofing assembly:

  • Rapid thermal shifts can cause shingles to expand and contract, weakening seals
  • High humidity accelerates algae and mold growth on inadequately ventilated roof decks
  • Strong winds uplift poorly fastened flashings and ridge caps
  • Ice dams, if unchecked, force water beneath shingles, creating interior leaks

HEP’s “roofing done right” philosophy integrates these climate variables into every project, ensuring the chosen system withstands Thorn Hill’s year-round rigors.

Core Principles Behind HEP’s Roofing Excellence

Meticulous Site Assessment

Before the first nail is driven, HEP specialists complete a multi-point roof evaluation. This assessment measures slope angles, identifies structural deficiencies, inspects attic ventilation, and scans for moisture intrusion. The resulting data shapes the optimal material selection and installation sequence.
