What our customers say

HEP came to my house in Lenoir City to repair (put back in place) some vinyl soffit pieces on the roof over hang. I had several of these around the house and most were high off the ground. Stephen Lemoine was EXCELLENT. Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous, completed the repair in less time than I expected, and gave me additional needed information without trying to over sell. The pricing was fair. I would recommend HEP and Stephen in particular. By the way, it was maybe the hottest day of the year but Stephen didn't let that hinder the work.🙂

The service was very fast. We had a technician out to check our furnace and he kindly informed us they no longer make the parts that we would need, which is understandable as the unit was manufactured in 1997. They were able to get a team out the very next day to install a new HVAC unit and furnace, these gentlemen worked extremely hard from daylight to dark finally finishing up around 9 PM. They had everything up and running and we’re so quiet and thorough. I barely knew they were there! We did have an issue with the unit cooling after start up. I called the following morning and had a technician out within a few hours that fixed the issue. Overall, the entire process was extremely easy, fast, and thorough. We have a roofing project to begin next week with this company as well and only expect great things going forward!

Spoke with Jason and was very happy. This was an estimate for roofing repairs, Jason was very polite and professional. He took the time to point out any issues he found and had a valid explanation for each concern. Jason answered all my questions and I feel he was honest and didn't sugar coat or inflate any concern. We have used Hep in the past for plumbing and was happy with that too. We have another estimate to get but its going to be hard to be the confidence I feel in Jason after our talk. We had some interior ceiling repair also by Tom and Jimmy, excellent job. Impressed with the texture matching.

Roofing Done Right in Guild: The HEP Approach

Roofing in Guild requires more than simply laying shingles. The coastal influence, fluctuating temperatures, and the mix of heritage and contemporary architecture demand a deliberate, detail-driven strategy. HEP company answers that need with its signature Roofing Done Right service—a comprehensive blend of expert assessment, premium materials, and meticulous workmanship. Every phase, from initial inspection through final cleanup, is orchestrated to deliver a roof that performs flawlessly while elevating the property’s visual appeal.

Understanding Guild’s Unique Roofing Challenges

Guild’s location and building landscape bring distinct considerations to any roofing project. Recognizing these variables from the outset ensures a durable, compliant, and attractive result.

Climate and Weather Patterns

Guild experiences:

  • Periodic heavy rainfall and coastal winds
  • Seasonal temperature swings that can expand and contract roofing materials
  • Occasional storm surges and salt-laden air near waterfront zones
HEP factors each of these elements into material selection, fastening techniques, and ventilation planning so that the finished roof withstands the full spectrum of local weather events.

Architectural Diversity

From century-old cottages with steep gables to minimalist flat-roofed extensions, Guild properties display wide stylistic variety. HEP’s Roofing Done Right service adapts installation methods to:

  • Preserve historical character while upgrading performance
  • Seamlessly integrate modern roofing systems into mixed-material builds
  • Align color, texture, and profile choices with existing exterior features

HEP’s Comprehensive Roofing Done Right Methodology

The difference between an average roof and one “done right” lies in the depth of the process. HEP follows a disciplined sequence to ensure no detail escapes attention.
