Once final payment is received, we submit all documentation—material lot numbers, photos, inspection checklist, and your homeowner information—through the manufacturer’s online portal. You will receive a confirmation email and a printed certificate in the mail within 2–3 weeks. The workmanship warranty is activated automatically on the date of final inspection.
Can the warranty be transferred to a new homeowner if I sell my property?
Yes. Both the manufacturer’s enhanced coverage and our workmanship warranty are fully transferable one time within the first 15 years at no charge. Simply notify us and the manufacturer within 60 days of closing, and we’ll update the records.
