Our standard package includes a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on asphalt shingles (50 years non-prorated on most lines) plus a 25-year workmanship warranty from Roofing Done Right. Metal roofs receive a 40-year finish warranty and the same 25-year workmanship coverage. Optional maintenance plans can be added to extend workmanship protection an additional 5 years.
What exactly is covered under your workmanship warranty?
If any leak, blow-off, or performance issue is traced to installation workmanship within 25 years of the job date, we will repair the problem at no cost—labor, materials, and disposal included. The warranty also covers flashings, ventilation components, and accessory seals we installed. Acts of God, intentional damage, or work performed by others are excluded.
Are the manufacturer and workmanship warranties transferable if I sell my home?
Yes. The manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty is fully transferable once within the first 10 years, and our 25-year workmanship warranty is transferable during the same period. The new homeowner simply fills out a brief transfer form within 60 days of closing to keep full coverage active.
