What does your craftsmanship warranty cover?
Our craftsmanship warranty guarantees the quality of our installation and repair work. If any leaks, loose shingles, flashing issues, or other problems arise due to errors in our workmanship during the warranty period, we will correct them at no cost to you.
How long is the craftsmanship warranty valid?
We provide a 10-year craftsmanship warranty on full roof replacements and a 5-year warranty on roof repair work. The warranty period starts on the date the job is completed and fully paid.
Does the craftsmanship warranty cover material defects?
No. Material or manufacturer defects—such as shingle blistering or premature granule loss—are covered by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Our craftsmanship warranty only covers issues caused by the way the roof was installed or repaired. We will, however, help you submit manufacturer claims if needed.
How do I file a warranty claim if I notice an issue?
Simply call our office or complete the warranty request form on our website. Provide your name, address, the type of issue you are experiencing, and any photos if available. We will schedule an inspection within 48 hours and, if the issue is workmanship-related and under warranty, we will repair it promptly.
What situations or damages are NOT covered under the craftsmanship warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather (hail, windstorms, hurricanes, fallen trees), improper maintenance, foot traffic by other contractors, alterations performed by third parties, or normal aging of roofing materials. It also excludes interior damage unless we fail to address a covered leak within a reasonable time.
Will repairing my roof under the craftsmanship warranty cost me anything?
If the problem is confirmed to be the result of our workmanship and within the warranty period, all labor and associated repair costs are 100% covered. If the issue is due to material failure or an excluded cause, we will provide an estimate and, if applicable, assist you in filing an insurance or manufacturer claim.
