How do you calculate the price of a new roof in Rockwood?
We start by measuring the roof’s surface area in “squares” (100 sq ft per square). The base price is then determined by the material you choose, the complexity of the roof (pitch, number of facets, and height), and the labor hours required. Additional line items—such as tear-off and disposal of the old shingles, replacement of rotten decking, new flashing, ventilation upgrades, permits, and warranties—are all listed separately so you see exactly where every dollar goes. Are your inspections and estimates really free?

We accept checks, all major credit cards, and ACH transfers. Standard terms are 25 % deposit, 50 % upon material delivery, and 25 % after final inspection. For larger projects we partner with lenders that offer 0 % interest for 12 months or low-interest plans up to 120 months, subject to credit approval. We also provide documentation your insurance carrier may request if your roof work is storm-related so you can be reimbursed quickly.
