Ice- & water-shield membranes, ventilation components, and flashings carry their own 20- to 30-year manufacturers’ warranties, all registered for you at project completion.
What exactly is covered by the warranties and what is excluded?
Covered: shingle or metal panel defects, premature granule loss, wind uplift to 130 mph, workmanship-related leaks, gutter joint failures, sagging, and finish peeling. Excluded: damage caused by hail larger than 1.5 in, fallen trees, structural movement, improper attic ventilation added after installation, or homeowner alterations such as satellite dish penetrations. Normal wear that does not affect performance is also excluded. Full details are supplied in your warranty packet.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home in Petros?
Yes. Both the manufacturer’s material warranty and our workmanship warranty are transferable one time within the first 10 years at no cost.
