What does your workmanship warranty cover on a roofing project in Niota?
Our workmanship warranty covers any roof leaks, material blow-offs, improper flashing, ventilation errors, or other problems that can be traced back to our installation practices—not the shingle manufacturer. If an issue arises because we cut a shingle incorrectly, failed to fasten it to code, or installed flashing improperly, the repair (including labor and any replacement materials) is handled at no cost to you.
How long is the workmanship warranty valid?
For residential roofs in the Niota area, we provide a 10-year workmanship warranty that begins on the date final payment is received. Within those ten years, any installation-related defect will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Commercial projects receive a five-year workmanship warranty, extendable to ten years with an annual maintenance plan.
Is the workmanship warranty transferable if I sell my home in Niota?
Yes. The warranty may be transferred once within the first five years. The new owner simply completes our Transfer of Warranty form and submits it within 60 days of closing. After transfer, the coverage period continues for the remainder of the original term.
