Why should I choose a drone roof inspection instead of a traditional ladder-and-walk inspection?
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can photograph and scan 100 % of your roof surface—including steep pitches, fragile tiles, skylights and hard-to-reach valleys—without anyone leaving the ground. Do I need to be present or prepare anything before the drone inspection?
You do not have to be on site, but access to the yard or roof perimeter must be arranged so our pilot can maintain line-of-sight. Please advise us of any overhead power lines, antennae or pets in the area. Remove loose outdoor furniture that may become a hazard in the rotor wash. For commercial premises we may request recent site plans to optimise flight paths. Beyond that, we handle all regulatory notifications and safety planning.
