Our roofing warranty provides dual protection: a manufacturer’s warranty that safeguards against material defects (such as shingle granule loss or premature cracking) and our own 10-year workmanship guarantee that covers installation-related issues like leaks, flashing failures, or improper ventilation. Together, these warranties ensure that both the product and the labor are fully backed if any covered problem occurs.
How long are the warranties on your siding products?
The vinyl and fiber-cement siding we install in Kodak come with lifetime limited manufacturer warranties that protect against fading, cracking, warping, and hail damage. In addition, we include a 5-year labor warranty on the installation itself. That means you’re covered for material performance for as long as you own your home, plus workmanship peace of mind for the first five years.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Yes. Both our roofing and siding warranties can be transferred once within the first 10 years of installation at no cost. All you have to do is notify us in writing within 60 days of closing, and we’ll update the warranty to the new homeowner—adding resale value and confidence for prospective buyers.
