What kinds of warranties do you provide with a roof replacement in Karns?
Every roof we install comes with two layers of protection: a lifetime manufacturer’s material warranty covering defects in shingles and other factory-produced components, and our own 15-year workmanship warranty that backs the labor, flashing, ventilation, and installation methods we use on your home in Karns.
How does your lifetime manufacturer’s warranty work?
If any shingle or other covered component fails because of a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will supply new materials and, during the non-prorated period (typically the first 50 years), pay reasonable labor costs for replacement. Is your workmanship warranty transferable if I sell my house?

We handle the manufacturer’s registration on your behalf within 10 days of final inspection, and we email you a confirmation once it’s completed. Your workmanship warranty is automatically registered the day we receive final payment—no further action is required from you.
Will routine roof maintenance affect my warranty?
Regular maintenance such as gutter cleaning and debris removal is encouraged and will not void the warranty. In fact, keeping the roof clear of moss, leaves, and standing water helps prevent issues that warranties do not cover, ensuring your system in Karns performs at its best for decades.
