How does the "Roofing Done Right" warranty differ from a standard manufacturer warranty?
A manufacturer warranty only covers factory defects in the shingles or other roofing materials. Our "Roofing Done Right" warranty goes much further by guaranteeing the quality of the installation itself—flashing, ventilation, fastener placement, and sealing. If you experience leaks, nail pops, or premature shingle failure due to workmanship errors within 10 years, we repair it at no cost, including parts and labor.
What exactly is covered under your workmanship warranty and how long does it last?
The workmanship warranty lasts 10 years from the completion date and includes: leak repairs caused by installation errors, replacement of improperly installed flashing or drip edge, correction of ventilation issues that we installed, and any labor associated with manufacturer warranty claims.
