What does your Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee cover?
Our guarantee covers any roofing problem that can be traced back to the way we installed, flashed, sealed, or ventilated your new roof. If a leak, loose shingle, or premature wear occurs because of our workmanship—not product defects or weather events —we will supply the labor, materials, and disposal required to correct the problem at no cost to you.
How long is “lifetime” in your guarantee?
“Lifetime” means for as long as you, the original purchasing property owner, own the home or building in Dandridge. If you sell the property, the guarantee can be transferred once to the next owner for a period of 10 years from the original installation date, giving future buyers added peace of mind.
Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my home in Dandridge?
Yes. You may transfer the guarantee to a new owner within 60 days of the property’s closing date. All you have to do is notify us in writing and provide the buyer’s contact details. After transfer, the coverage continues until the 10-year anniversary of the original installation.
What isn’t covered under the workmanship guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by hail, wind exceeding manufacturer wind ratings, falling trees or branches, fire, accidental punctures, improper maintenance, or alterations made by anyone other than our certified crews. It also excludes manufacturer defects in shingles or accessories, which are handled under their own separate product warranties.
How do I file a claim if I notice an issue with my roof?
Simply call our local Dandridge office or submit a claim request through our website. We ask that you report the issue within 48 hours of discovery. A project manager will schedule a free on-site inspection within five business days. If the problem is determined to be workmanship-related, we will complete the repair promptly—usually within 7–10 days—at no cost to you.
Is there any extra cost for the Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee?
No. The guarantee is automatically included in the price of every full-roof installation we perform in Dandridge. There are no annual fees, deductibles, or hidden charges. Your only responsibility is to keep the roof reasonably clean and clear of debris so we can safely access it if service is required.
