What exactly is covered—and what is not covered—under these warranties?
Manufacturer warranties cover premature cracking, granule loss, rust perforation, vinyl warping, and other issues proven to be the result of factory defects. They generally do NOT cover damage from storms, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others. Our workmanship warranty covers leaks, loose panels, flashing failures, or siding blow-offs stemming from installation errors. Exclusions include consequential damages to interior finishes and issues caused by acts of God, neglected maintenance, or third-party work.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my Delano property?
